A "Run Through the Garden" meal is one that contains specific vegetables and fruits that are healthy for you. Well, that is not the exact definition of a "Run Through the Garden" meal, but it is sure close enough! I whipped up a chef salad one night, and boy was it tasty! My chef salad included: head lettuce, parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese, radishes, cucumbers, red onions, avocado, cherry tomatoes, of course some croutons, and some ranch dressing. These "Run Through the Garden" meals take barely any time to whip together fresh, garden-ready herbs, veggies, and fruits! Plus, on the bright side, your family will enjoy these salads for many years to come. Remember, simple food can be tasty food!!!
