As many of you know, I exhibited vegetables and fruits at my local fair in town 2 weekends ago! When I went to the shed with the produce exhibits in it to pick up my prizes and I was so happy to see what ribbons I had won! Here is what I got for ribbons:
First Place: Plate of 5 Apples
First Place: 3 ripe Tomatoes, small fruit
Second Place: 3 green Tomatoes, small fruit
Second Place: 3 green Tomatoes, stems removed
Second Place: 6 Peas (in pod)
Raspberries were already out of season, but I thought that I did an excellent job!Although my pint of blackberries didn't win any ribbons, I am still very happy with my results!!!!! Wish me luck for next year!!!!!
